I am 30 and newly married. I was officially diagnosed with trichotillomania at the age of 12, after telling my therapist what I had, since she didn't know. Despite the fact that I'm a behavioral music therapist, I can't manage to cease my own hair pulling behaviors. I frustrate myself as a result.
